The CAT can accommodate RVs up to the size of full-line motor coaches. Bring your RV aboard, and you’ll enjoy the freedom to go where you want, when you want – to explore the history, scenery and all the activities.

Taking The CAT cuts your time on the road in half – or better! That’s less time, less miles, less wear-and-tear on your RV – and on your family!

You don’t have to wrestle with your luggage. Your gear stays right in the car from the moment you drive aboard to the moment you clear Customs. You can even bring the family pooch along; many lodging establishments in Maine and the Maritimes are pet friendly. The CAT has on-board kennel facilities.

Bringing your RV aboard The CAT also gives you dramatic vacation flexibility. There are RV parks throughout Maine and the Maritimes. You can tour the coast and the mountains of Maine, explore both coasts of Mainland Nova Scotia, then cross the Canso Causeway to Cape Breton, where you’ll enjoy the dramatic landscape and Celtic and Acadian cultures.

You can even tour Prince Edward Island by crossing from Caribou, NS aboard the ships of Northumberland Ferries, or travel across the Bay of Fundy to New Brunswick aboard the Princess of Acadia.
