1. Base Terms and Conditions

Advance reservations are strongly recommended. A credit card is required for all reservations.

Please note that the following fees are payable in addition to indicated fares: $10.00 US per person Port and Security fee each way; fuel surcharge if imposed.

Schedules, fares and fees are subject to change or surcharge without notice. Packages and Special offers are subject to availability and restrictions.

Within 48 hours of booked departure	$ 50.00 US
No Show of vehicle bookings	$ 100.00 US

Schedules, fares and fees are subject to change or surcharge without notice. Special offers are subject to availability.

Package Cancellation and Change Fees: Cancellation or changes of a package booking results in Bay Ferries incurring operational and administrative costs.

Consequently, the following fees shall apply to cancelled or changed package bookings in accordance with the time prior to departure.

3. Sail & Save / Web Invite / Web Promo / Early Bird

Cancellations / Modification	Fee
Any modification right up to sail time	$ 50.00 US
Cancellation	$ 100.00 US
No Show	$ 150.00 US

4. The Following discounts are applied before fees and surcharges.

Seniors (passenger fare only)	$ 5.00 US off any sailing
Corporate / Groups	10%+ negotiated on Volume and Season
Big Crew - 5 passengers of more (passenger fare only)	15% passenger fare
Sail & Save passenger fare only	25% passenger fare
Round Trip Walk-on - Portland only Must return within 64 hours of departure	$139.00 US passenger fare
